We’re scheduled to set up the new forum next Tuesday. I don’t know how long it will take until we can launch, but we’re nearing.
- What sub-forums would you be interested in having? Right now I’m thinking one for Rockets, one for general NBA, and one for general discussion. Of course, I’m open to suggestions and typically a fan of tyranny of the majority.
- I feel that an essential requisite to a quality discussion forum is strict moderation. I absolutely do not want the level of discourse to devolve into childish garbage. That just ruins the fun and drives off the quality posters. In that vein, shoot me an e-mail if you would be interested in being a moderator. I think me and the staff here should be able to handle things but I might be looking for an extra hand.
- Let me know if you have any other suggestions. I’m open to anything.
