I’ve never understood why David Lee is bandied around in sign&trade scenarios. He has to agree to the trade part of the sign&trade…what interest would he have in signing away his prime on a bad Toronto team? I suppose it could make sense if there were no other suitors for his services, but surely someone would bite before he acquiesced to a deal to the Raptors.
