Helldivers warbond Python Commandos drops Dec 2 with long-awaited minigun

Helldivers 2 finally gets the minigun fans have been demanding. The Python Commandos Premium Warbond launches on December 2, 2025. It arrives packed with jungle-themed weapons and armor. The M-1000 Maxigun leads a deadly arsenal hitting Super Destroyers this week.

The primary weapon rounds out the arsenal. The AR/GL-21 One-Two combines assault rifle and grenade launcher magic. Heavy to wield, but the damage dealt is heavy too. So your primary slot gets double the versatility this time around.

Armor And Cosmetics Drop With Wild Style

Two armor sets come included. The RS-20 Constrictor is light armor. It’s also the official uniform for the “League of Patriotic Arm Wrestlers.” Your squad gets bigger biceps to intimidate aliens. Not subtle, but effective.

The RS-40 Best of Prey is heavy armor patterned after legendary Helldiver Ronald Mambo. It captures his famous powerful physique. Both armor sets feature the “Rock Solid” passive skill. Cosmetics fill the rest. You get two capes with player cards. The “Foe Rent Asunder” cape looks battle-worn and pre-tattered. “Mark of the Constrictor” comes for anti-democratic bug crushers. The warbond requires purchase. Most standard warbonds cost 1,000 Super Credits. You unlock it by buying Super Credits through PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, or Steam. The Ministry of Defense requires a base game copy, game progression, and a paid Super Credits purchase. Free players can grind medals to earn Super Credits instead.
