This marked Haliburton’s second appearance at Gainbridge Fieldhouse following his severe injury on June 22 during the decisive seventh game of the Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Earlier, on July 6, he had come to support his friend Caitlin Clark and her team, the Indiana Fever. Unfortunately, Clark was sidelined with a groin injury, which also prevented her participation in the 3-point contest that Friday.
In the coming months, we can expect to see more of Haliburton in the stands, as his recovery timeline currently precludes him from engaging in basketball activities.
