He achieved a career total of 12,092 assists, surpassing Kidd’s record by one. Now, he trails only behind John Stockton, who holds the record with 15,086 assists. Following them in the rankings are LeBron James with 11,219 assists and Steve Nash with 10,335.
Paul achieved this significant milestone through an assist to Victor Wembanyama, who scored a three-pointer against the New Orleans Pelicans.
