Marvel Rivals patch notes reveal Elsa Bloodstone, massive hero nerfs

Marvel Rivals just dropped massive patch notes for Season 6.5, introducing Elsa Bloodstone as a fearless new Duelist hero. The monster hunter arrives this Friday, February 13, 2026, alongside sweeping nerfs that reshape the entire gameplay meta.

Elsa Bloodstone Joins as Monster-Hunting Duelist

Elsa Bloodstone brings unconventional weapon-switching gameplay to Marvel Rivals. The legendary monster hunter wields an elephant gun to build her Instinct ability, which sharpens her reflexes and lowers cooldowns on consecutive enemy hits.

Her passive trap ability summons the smoke monster Diablo to immobilize foes. Her ultimate, Glartox, charges into enemy formations dealing massive burst damage. She can switch between multiple weapons for close-range and long-range combat, making her deadly in any situation.

Vanguard Heroes Face Mixed Changes, Rogue and Venom Buffed

Doctor Strange gets the nerf treatment with his Shield recovery reduced from 70 to 60 per second. However, Rogue, Thor, and Venom receive significant buffs. Rogue‘s cooldown drops to 14 seconds while her damage conversion jumps from 0.27 to 0.35.

Venom gains 25 extra health and his ultimate’s damage-to-bonus-health conversion increases to 1.3. Thor now grants 50 bonus health on hammer hits, creating new survival mechanics for the tankier heroes.

Duelist Overhaul: Phoenix Nerfed Hard, Star-Lord Buffed

Phoenix takes a brutal hit with base health dropping from 275 to 250, reducing her survivability significantly. Moon Knight‘s bonus max health falls from 100 to 75, weakening his defensive stance. Psylocke sees damage falloff penalties increase from 60 to 70 percent at range.

Strategist Class Redesigned: Adam Warlock Gets Flight Mode

Adam Warlock transforms with a new flight ability at 10 meters per second duration lasting up to 4 seconds. Invisible Woman gets her cooldown extended from 8 to 10 seconds, nerfing her crowd control frequency. Loki loses 2 missile charges, dropping from 12 to 10 total.

Ultron‘s drone detach range increases from 30 to 35 meters, boosting his field control. These changes reshape strategic gameplay with fly mechanics joining the support class arsenal for increased positioning options.

Team-Up Abilities Completely Reshuffled: What Changed?

The Fantastic Four Team-Up gets removed entirely, ending synergy between Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing. Psionic Mayhem between Invisible Woman and Doctor Strange now lets Strange pull enemies while granting health based on damage dealt.

Mr. Pool’s Interdimensional Toy Box now features Elsa Bloodstone alongside Deadpool and Jeff the Land Shark. Her Living Bullet rounds distract enemies with Deadpool visual clutter while healing Elsa based on damage. The Gamma Charge Team-Up adds The Thing, boosting range and bonus health for aggressive play.
