Been awhile since I have been on here, lol but great post by thejohnnygold. You hit the nail on the head, I was actually considering getting on here yesterday during the game to suggest the Rockets put Johnson (and his 6 fouls) on Parker to try and slow him down. 

In all of your minds what is the one piece that you feel we are missing 'star' wise since we know that is what the Rockets are chasing after. Is it a Paul Milsap or more of a Rondo?

 

Just throwing out names but I honestly like both.. 

 

I really think if the Rockets get 2 or 3 more role players (as harden would say lol) this off season could come up as a success if we happen to get at least one more star on our starting 5. 

Hardens comments today were in my mind not necessarily a bad thing. But with him making these types of comments mean he is ready to take over the team and become the leader he should be, or is it just him basically saying that Howard and him are the only 2 good players?  Him making those comments means we should see him taking over the offense, making good decisions, and playing the best defense he can play. 

 

I'll guess we will wait and see 

TRADE FOR RONDO

Losing Parsons hurts.. But could this help the Rockets by filling the roster with role players and really letting the reins loose on Howard and Harden on offense without that '3rd star'?

 

Just a thought..

 

Also, with our latest acquisitions it seems like our front court D is going to be much better.
