It was a joke because both of you are taking stuff too seriously. I'm not a PETA member, but if I decided to take stuff personally using your words that's what I could do. I figured you mentioned that story and your father was speaking about a metaphor, but you didn't say that. Sometimes it's best to not try to pin everything in a negative light.
but if I decided to take stuff personally using your words that's what I could do?.........do what? get laughed out of Peta's offices the story was a metaphor....you assumed right. perhaps you have not been reading the exchanges between Buckko and me. in order for reasonable conversation to take place common respect is in order. the mods should have checked this problem long ago. however maybe they chose to let us work thru it. in any case I will not be disrespected and take it laying down. I'm sure you feel the same way. one point to remember in the future is when trying to be a peacemaker you must understand that jokes will probably offend one of the two parties. usually when I embark upon this mission I make a peace statement not offensive to either side. I understand that emotion are already involved and choosing to favor either side will result in bad feelings on the other....just my advise.......take it for what it's worth. I have no problem with you....however you got in the way of me telling Buckko a peace of my mind. it made us get out of whack. I have no problem with you because you understand what proper protocol is. I wish for us to continue to have intelligent conversation without the side stuff, but until me and Buckko reach common ground we have problems to work through. now we may have reach that point today only time will tell
