Recently traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the New York Knicks, Karl-Anthony Towns is still settling into his new team. Nonetheless, he found time to keep tabs on his old teammates when they faced the Chicago Bulls in a preseason matchup on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Towns was watching the game not from the stands or at home, but while attending a Billie Eilish concert at Madison Square Garden, his new home court. His girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, captured the moment and shared it on her Instagram stories the following morning.<\/p>\n

This scenario raises questions: Is Towns missing his old team, or could he be indifferent to the musical event he was attending? Considering the price of concert tickets nowadays, one would hardly be glued to their phone watching a preseason basketball game without a compelling reason.<\/p>\n

Regardless of where his true affections lie, Towns has been performing well with the Knicks. They have a perfect preseason record of 4-0, including a game where Towns himself scored 16 points and grabbed 16 rebounds against his former team. The Knicks are set to conclude their preseason games on the road this Friday, coinciding with the end of Billie Eilish’s three-night performance at MSG.<\/p>\n
