\nMinnesota Timberwolves experienced forward Joe Ingles was announced in the starting lineup on Friday night, marking his first start in over three years. Interestingly, it wasn’t just Joe hearing his name echoed throughout the venue.\n<\/p>\n

\nAccording to Jon Krawczynski from The Athletic<\/em>, Ingles’s wife, Renae, along with their three children, have been residing in Orlando throughout the year but spent this week in the Twin Cities. Their son, Jacob, who is on the autism spectrum, experienced his first full NBA game in an arena earlier in the week. Unfortunately, Joe did not get playing time during that game.\n<\/p>\n

\nTimberwolves coach Chris Finch made sure not to repeat the previous game\u2019s scenario. He selected Ingles to start in the game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night. This game marked Joe Ingles\u2019s first start since January 30, 2022, when he was with the Utah Jazz, ensuring that young Jacob could watch his father play.\n<\/p>\n
