Lonzo did not mince words, expressing a candid perspective on what he believes should be LiAngelo\u2019s next move.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n While LiAngelo considered the possibility of joining another G League team as a stepping stone to the NBA, Lonzo suggested a different path. He explained that LiAngelo\u2019s chances in the NBA were slim and that continuing in the G League might not be the best use of his time. Lonzo advised that playing overseas would be a more viable option, where LiAngelo could truly showcase his skills and potentially dominate the competition.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n “The G League might not offer the same opportunities for you, considering how things have unfolded over time. It’s important to be realistic,” Lonzo explained, emphasizing his role as a supportive elder brother. “I believe your career could really take off if you played internationally. You should have been overseas, making a big impact.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In response, LiAngelo expressed his belief that he still had a chance to prove himself in the G League and potentially secure a place in the NBA.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, Lonzo countered, “Here’s what bothers me. You had your opportunity during the Summer League with the Hornets. What’s going to be different this time?
