On Thursday evening, another loss was added to the Los Angeles Lakers’ record as the Milwaukee Bucks secured a victory, 126-106, during the TNT broadcasted match. Despite a remarkable performance by Luka Doncic, who matched the impressive statistical achievements of legends like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, the Lakers could not counteract the well-rounded effort of the Bucks. In the Bucks’ lineup, four players managed to score over 20 points, with Brook Lopez notably scoring 23 points from just nine shots.

Brook Lopez had a significant advantage as he was mostly unchecked by Alex Len for several of his attempts. Reggie Miller, during the TNT broadcast, highlighted Len’s inadequate defense. After witnessing Len allow Lopez another uncontested three-pointer, Miller expressed his frustration and criticized Len’s overall performance.

“He’s not guarding anyone,” Miller stated. “He’s not scoring. He’s not rebounding. Go small if you’re the Lakers.”

Seemingly in response to Miller’s remarks, Len was substituted out during the next timeout and did not return to the game. Len, who had begun the third quarter, was mainly noted for allowing open shots and having his dunk attempt blocked by Lopez.

Starting only his second game of the season for the Lakers, Len ended the game with a mere two points and three rebounds in 19 minutes of play.
