Streaming platforms have broadened our cultural horizons by exposing us to international films and series. In this arena, each country has carved out its niche: Spain excels with its sagas and true crime stories (Veuve noire, Legano), Scandinavia is known for its chilling psychological thrillers (Le dôme de verre, Secrets we keep), and the United Kingdom specializes in social dramas (Adolescence, Toxic Town). France holds its own with fast-paced action films and series featuring ruthless gangs, heavy weaponry, and ultra-badass anti-heroes, such as Balle Perdue and Braqueurs.
K.O., penned and directed by Antoine Blossier (À toute épreuve), mixes the tried-and-true ingredients of a hit recipe and adds MMA star Cyril Gane to deliver a film that packs a punch while also exploring deeper themes like guilt and accountability. The action-packed film K.O. has been streaming on Netflix since June 6, 2025.
