Lost Bullet 3 marks the conclusion of the hit French action film trilogy on Netflix, with earlier titles Lost Bullet released in June 2019 and Lost Bullet 2 since November 2022. The United States has never exclusively owned the blockbuster or car chase scenes. In fact, France has consistently excelled in this area. Long before Netflix, French cinema such as Léon and Taxi had already made significant international impacts.
Video on Demand (VOD) platforms have significantly contributed to the popularity of local films and series. As demonstrated by the Lost Bullet saga, which now unveils its third chapter. In this final installment, the team remains unchanged: Guillaume Pierret is directing again, with Alban Lenoir reprising his role as the avenging Lino, complete with explosive car chases. Lost Bullet 3 was released on Netflix on May 7, 2025.
