Brace yourself for the final chapter of Joe Goldberg’s sinister escapades. Netflix’s notorious psychopathic serial killer will make his last appearance on the streaming service on April 24, 2025, with the release of Season 5, which also concludes the series starring Penn Badgley. This season introduces a change in leadership, with Michael Foley and Justin W. Lo taking over as showrunners from Sera Gamble.
At the end of Season 4, Joe Goldberg returned to New York, purchased a bookstore, and continued his relationship with Kate (Charlotte Richie). The final season is expected to bring back several characters, including Marienne, played by Tati Gabrielle, who was spotted on set in May 2024.
