The lineup for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game has been revealed, showcasing a mix of both fresh and returning talents.

The big reveal occurred on TNT’s Inside the NBA show just before the game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat commenced on Thursday evening.

Below are the starting lineups for each conference:

Starters from the Eastern Conference

  • Jalen Brunson, New York Knicks
  • Donovan Mitchell, Cleveland Cavaliers
  • Karl-Anthony Towns, New York Knicks
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks
  • Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics

Starters from the Western Conference

  • Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors
  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder
  • Kevin Durant, Phoenix Suns
  • LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers
  • Nikola Jokić, Denver Nuggets

There’s a bit of a twist with the term “starting five” this year due to a change in the All-Star Game format.

Instead of the traditional conference versus conference setup, or the recent model where team captains select their squads, this year introduces a new structure. Four teams of eight players will compete, with three teams picked by Inside the NBA hosts Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Shaquille O’Neal, and the fourth team from the winners of the Rising Stars championship game.

Despite these changes, the selection process remains the same, involving votes from fans, players, and media. Now that the starting five for each conference is set, the next focus will be on the All-Star reserves, set to be announced on Thursday, Jan. 30.
