Zion Williamson has been out since early November due to a hamstring injury, appearing in only six games, while Dejounte Murray missed 17 games after breaking his hand on his debut night with the Pelicans.

“This is my twelfth year, right?” McCollum said via Pelicans Film Room on X (formerly Twitter). “I’ve been part of trade rumors since my third year in the league. Bill Simmons was suggesting I’d be traded every week back then. I’m aware of what that entails. I focus on playing the game correctly and giving my all. Clearly, this team values me, and I believe other teams do as well.”
