After managing only 61 wins in his initial two years at the helm of basketball operations, the Kings achieved a record of 48-34 in the 2022-23 season. This significant improvement not only earned McNair the NBA’s Executive of the Year award but also brought an end to the team’s 16-year playoff drought.
