@  thejohnnygold : (13 March 2013 - 03:06 AM) it's the ol' rope-a-dope!  he was playing possum all this time.
@  phaketrash : (13 March 2013 - 02:47 AM) Sad that if he continued to do badly, we would be wary of him (thinking he could not get better again), but now that he's doing well, he'd never leave LAL haha. Almost like a Catch 22.
@  phaketrash : (13 March 2013 - 02:46 AM) Over the last 4 wins, he's averaged 24.8 pts, 16.3 rebounds, and a ridiculous 4 blocks! Both him and D'antoni says he feels better conditioned and physically able to run PnRs and rebound, etc. again.
@  phaketrash : (13 March 2013 - 02:43 AM) Anyone else been watching Dwight Howard the last 5 games or so? He seems like he's healed up nicely
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 09:14 PM) You make it sound like free throw points don't count. Ttyl.
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 09:02 PM) I'm heading out ttyl
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 09:01 PM) no but he gets to the line thats the reason, his other stats in 2p and 3p shots are not great. his FT helps him
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 09:00 PM) Harden leads all starting SGs in the league in TS% so he's very efficient unlike Westbrook.
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:58 PM) Harden is not a great shooter either, he is slightly better than westbrook, and you have melo having the same FG% but better 3s. different people score in different ways.
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:54 PM) haha
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:53 PM) he is not a great jumpshooter that we already know, I think he is a top 10 offensive player. I don't think we willagree on this tho
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 08:51 PM) And his TS% is nothing to go home bragging to mom about.
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 08:50 PM) PER is a stat that takes things like rebounds and steals into account. If we're talking about just offense, we should look at TS% too
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:48 PM) he is the 6th highest scorer and his per is higher than irving and curry, he is not better than parker and he is not a great defender but offensively yes he is definately top 10
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:47 PM) he is a pretty poor shooter but when he attacks there is no pg that can stop him.
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 08:46 PM) Tony Parker doesn't have his athleticism, but it was Parker abusing Westbrook in the playoffs. Scott Brooks eventually had no choice but to put Sefalosha on Parker.
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:45 PM) I think he is top 10 offensively because he abuses the other pgs because of his athletism and pace
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 08:38 PM) So does Jrue Holiday, doesn't make him a top 10 offensive player.
@  thenit : (12 March 2013 - 08:35 PM) he gets assists as well
@  2016Champions : (12 March 2013 - 06:18 PM) TS% .531
Takes way too many long 2's and 3's at an inefficient rate. If you eliminate his his fast break points opportunities his level of efficiency would actually hurt his team almost as much as he helps his team.

AB is protection. Thats it. He is not gonna play unless its garbage time or someone gets hurt. It's been 3 full seasons since he was an above average PG.
