@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 05:58 PM) I agree Tgards79 would rather Mo Williams or Matthews take that shot. Or even would have been fine with LMA getting it and tying the game up.
@  Tgards79 : (03 May 2014 - 05:57 PM) But a Harden should have switched. There was less than a second, a Harden switch should have been the easy answer, whether planned or instinctive.
@  Dan G : (03 May 2014 - 08:05 AM) The only thing I can think of is Parsons thought he would be able to get there in time to block the shot since he has size over Lillard.
@  Dan G : (03 May 2014 - 08:03 AM) That's just it. Because Parsons was on Lillard's right and not left after him and Beverly switched, once the whistle blew, it was a race to get to the other side with Lillard starting out in front and clearly he was able to win the race.
@  08huangj : (03 May 2014 - 07:14 AM) How did Lillard just get free for the three by a screen?
@  08huangj : (03 May 2014 - 07:12 AM) Agreed. Unacceptable
@  Dan G : (03 May 2014 - 07:06 AM) I mean he should have been on Lillard's left and not right.
@  Dan G : (03 May 2014 - 07:05 AM) I now watched the Lillard three a dozen times and I just don't understand why Beverly and Parsons switched and why Parsons let Lillard get to his left and not his right. Beverly had him played well before him and Parsons did the switch. Can't let Lillard have a free run through the picks.
@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 06:47 AM) Now I get to go around town and hear S*** about the Thunder every day.... Just awesome
@  QNoir : (03 May 2014 - 06:47 AM) Peace bro.
@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 06:45 AM) I am starting to just rant and say stupid crap. I'm out
@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 06:45 AM) Don't even care about off-season right now.. Just do not understand that play at all. The way they played that they should have just let them dunk it and at least we could have went to overtime
@  thenit : (03 May 2014 - 06:43 AM) goigng to bed before I say something even more crazy
@  thenit : (03 May 2014 - 06:43 AM) Just dump the contracts and get melo
@  thenit : (03 May 2014 - 06:42 AM) Not advocating for Lin but we had Beverley on the floor. So damn stupid. A child could have figured that out. I'm all in out firing mchale tonight !
@  RudyT1995 : (03 May 2014 - 06:41 AM) Well, it's on to the off-season. We have two bloated contracts to trade and the full mid-level to play with. Should be interesting.
@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 06:40 AM) You have to do whatever it takes to alter his shot there or push him further back to half court without fouling. His course from when he started running was not altered whatsoever. Unacceptable
@  QNoir : (03 May 2014 - 06:40 AM) Totally agree, thenit. Sure Lillard hit and impossible 3 against Lin in like the 1st quarter. But it was an in-your-face, well guarded 3. This ... This was just disgusting.
@  thenit : (03 May 2014 - 06:39 AM) not give him an ocean of space. I will be more constructive when I get some sleep just hard to swallow when you put parsons on lillard. We seen it before he can't keep up at all not even close
@  RocketMansin... : (03 May 2014 - 06:39 AM) Parsons is 6'9 and he is not even arms length from Lillard... That is just outrageous on a last second shot, off a timeout.

It's Obvious, the 4th Quarter is our achilles, besides the concept of Defense.

Instead of yelling for Mchale's job, or killing Jeremy "Cringe", lets figure out what is the best set to run in the last five minutes.

I would love to hear your ideas, I know the Howard/ Harden pick and roll would be the obvious choice.

And I'm actually ok with the HARDEN Iso.

The more I watch Harden, he reminds me of Paul Pierce. Great shooter with a slow motion drive to the basket. And every time Celtics ran an iso for pierce in a crunch time, I felt pretty confident that he would hit the shot because Pierce knew what areas ( the elbows)  he needed to get to. In contrast, I don't think Harden knows where his spot is, I think he believes he can hit it from anywhere which is wrong. If Harden can get to the free throw area, (which he can!) and pull up, I would feel pretty confident. Right now, I think he is pulling up above and near the three point line. I think that slight adjustment, would improve our chances.

Howard in the post, for me is a big no no. I know we have to feed him to make him happy but Harden is our best player.

I don't think there is a best set there. We just need a few sets and don't convert to ISO too quickly.

Is a big Jeremy Lin fan and was a big ROX fan. More importantly, a huge bball fan in general.

Felt like Harden let the game come to him a little more tonight.. I liked seeing that

In this past game, we seemed to be feeding Howard the ball. A lot. If the post game of Howard is succeeding, of course we should do it in crunch time. If it's failing, then well...
