Apparently for non guranteed minimum, if he screws up there doesn't look like any more chances, if he can pull it togther and be a good bench scorer the heat got a lot stronger.

I guess on a minimum deal that's worth it, but Beasley in Miami is like a crack head in the crack house 
he's right close to docks.....can get his stuff right off the boat
you can only warn a man that the bridge is out.....if he keeps driving he's on his own
