@  2016Champions : (17 June 2013 - 05:26 AM) I had a feeling Ginobili would regress to the mean.
@  Dan G : (17 June 2013 - 04:33 AM) Now I had no idea Ginobli was gonna pull a Wade and turn back the clock. I give Pop the majority of the credit for that.
@  Dan G : (17 June 2013 - 04:32 AM) I don't think it was too ballsy on San Antonio's part. With the way Splitter has been playing and since Miami has started Miller the last two games, I thought it was inevitable that Ginobli would start.
@  RollingWave : (17 June 2013 - 02:57 AM) I must say that both team had some serious ballsy lineup changes this series, Ginobilli start? and dominate?
@  2016Champions : (16 June 2013 - 09:26 PM) According to Dr. Klapper, treatment for Parker's hamstring will only last one half. Lateral movement and jumping will be a problem.
@  2016Champions : (16 June 2013 - 04:56 AM) Parker said Pop was very angry with him for the constant nagging insisting he can play, Pop really didn't want Parker to play. Just goes to show Pop knows best.
@  RollingWave : (16 June 2013 - 04:28 AM) Parker says his hamstring is almost shot , that would probably doom the Spurs if he can't play at least 80%
@  2016Champions : (15 June 2013 - 12:38 AM) Miami is 6-0 in playoffs following losses (outscoring opponents by 20.7 PPG in those games). They've won 12 straight games following losses.

@  rocketrick : (14 June 2013 - 11:06 AM) Anybody else going to San Antone for Game 5??

Apparently, it pays to be JAMES HARDEN’s girlfriend. According to our friends over at MediaTakeOut, the Houston Rockets superstar is allegedly dating bodacious hotgirl KYRA CHAOS and per the model-stripper’s girlfriend, Harden is said to be dropping beaucoup ca$h on his gal pals! Like “$50K a month in walking around money!”

MTO spoke with one of Kyra’s friends, and asked if she got more than $20K out of James (“model” Jenna Shea claims he gave her $20K for a few hours of her time). Kyra’s friend told MTO: “$20K ain’t sh*t. Kyra gets $50K a month, plus gifts.”

Well alrighty then. One look at Kyra’s curvaceous frame and bubbly derriere and one can see why…

Wow, I've heard people call big booty "money-maker" but this is incredible...

She on a power trip, she got me where she want a nigga
Wifin' in the club, man my homies' gon' disown a nigga
Like, give me 20 dolla, dolla
Ass stupid, how you get to college, college
I'm in your city and I'm wonderin' if you're home now
Went and found a man, but I'm hopin' you alone now
Can't help but feelin' like I dropped the ball, cliche
I used to pop up on you at the mall each day
Now typically I kick game like Eastbay
But you got a nigga freeze-framed yellin', "Please play!"
For pete's sake, homie pull it together
Just fuck her one time and be through it forever
But...

Would you believe me if I said I'm in love?

Good to see you back buddy.

As a Rockets fan I found this stuff pretty interesting and though it could spark some fun discussion. It wasn't long ago that James Harden was said to be dating singer Trina, which promptly ended when James cheated on her during his birthday party which he threw on a yacht.

You can see more of the story and photos here

    Hahaha I love it!

So does this change your opinion of our superstar James Harden? I say kudos to him, he's young, rich, famous, there's nothing wrong with enjoying himself and life before settling down with kids and all that.

There must be a Royce White joke in there somewhere...

Good for him, I was expecting to see like he's paying him 50k per month in settlement or some not so pleasant shite like that.

^I was thinking that too when I saw the thread title.

Though, I'll say...after reading about the Jenna Shea incident the first time, I'm really concerned about his spending habits.  Not that it affects him as a basketball player, but the recent Allen Iverson story comes to mind.  Hate seeing people throw money down the drain.

Hey if he wants to pay a hooker to live with him, it's his life. The only way this would effect his basketball life is if he came down with a few STDs.

        Why so Serious? :D

If true, Harden 15 years from now may be the subject of ESPN's 30 for 30 sequel, "Broke II: Even Brokerer".

eh he is going to make 80 million over 5 years... which when you factor in taxes and the time value of money is more like 40 million today.  If you think about it he spends about 600K a year on that girl so he can afford her for... 15 more years if he doesn't spend any money on buying his mother a house or buying ten cars.

I take this w/a heaping grain of salt.

Whatever Harden may be making in upcoming yrs,he's making $5.8mil THIS yr. Subtract taxes, agent fees, escrow, etc and he's taking home maybe $3mil. $50,000/month over a yr is $600,000. I seriously doubt he's spending 20% of his money on one girl,no matter how good she may be in the bedroom.(And I don't see Harden making millions in endorsements yet.)

We all know stripper/models would never, ever exaggerate how much they got from someone. It's not like they'd ever try to raise the price for their services.

Hahaha I guess I can see that. I'm really feeling J-Cole these days though, and these lyrics really tell a story which I feel fits here:

she got me where she want a nigga
Wifin' in the club, man my homies' gon' disown a nigga

meaning he's getting all emotional in the club with her, while his homeboys are getting crunk he's in the corner slow dancing with his girl like he's in love.

Can't help but feelin' like I dropped the ball, cliche

J-Cole is playing with words here, he's saying he messed up falling for someone he knows isn't wifey material, and J-Cole was also a pretty good ball player--he played for St. John's university but he quit to pursue his rap career.

Ass stupid, how you get to college, college

Triple entendre, she got such a nice ass it’s stupid, but she got to college so she’s smart.
