Not sure how many of you had seen this:
Of course, this is in reference to the latest comments by Pat Riley.

Haha but you have admit, things like this creates an air of rivalry which makes their games more exciting to watch.

I had completely forgotten about that...He's lucky Elie didn't lay him out. We need another guy like Elie on the team...
Where were you last year? When I'd say things like that last year, in example after everyone just stood around when Kevin Love stepped on Scola's face, everyone said they were glad we had choir boys and that enforcers served no purpose.

I usually just lurk around here, but I have to say: that was my angriest moment as a Rockets fan. That Rox-Suns rivalry was amazing (and it's easy to forget how good some of the Suns players were, like Kevin Johnson), but I would've been kind of satisfied to see Ainge get laid out by the JYD despite myself.

Barkley, AC Green, Ced Ceballos, Danny Manning, Wes Person, Ainge, Majerle, KJ.
KJ was my favorite player growing up.

Like Grant Hill, he was a guy that made me constantly ask, "What would his career be like if he was healthy?" His speed up and down court was mind-boggling. Alas, bad wheels. I felt similarly about Sabonis a few years later: I would have loved to see him matched up against O'Neal before his knees were garbage. You have to appreciate the historic matchups that actually happen (Magic-Bird, Olajuwon-Robinson, LBJ-Durant), because there's so many factors working against them.

Kevin Johnson would have been a Hall of Famer had he stayed healthy.

Kevin Johnson averaged 20 pts and 10 assists with 50% shooting 2 seasons, and came close several other seasons. Besides Magic Johnson, how many other players have done that? I can't believe KJ is not a HOFer...

I was just a lurker back then...but I remember the conversation

Isn't KJ mayor of Sac-town? Maybe no HOF, but he's still relevant at least.
I've always despised Danny Ainge mostly because of that cheap head shot on Elie, even before then I remember him getting chippy back in the '86 finals too.. That Suns team would have been much easier for me to like had Ainge not been a part of it.
