How would you all feel about a team that fielded Lin, Gordon, Parsons, Asik, and then someone like Gasol or Al Jefferson (via Lowry/Scola/Martin trade)?
I think that lineup could make a deep run in the playoffs, and maybe even contend. I'd be much more happy with Gasol than Jefferson though, because I think Gasol is a far superior defender and passer.
Just want to throw this one out there...in case none of these trade scenarios work out. I think Terrence Jones has the potential to be a slightly-less athletic but smarter version of Josh Smith.

Pay Dragic his worth, its not his fault Lowry is getting underpaid.
If management lets Dragic walk, and pays Asik 8.4 mil per year, then know they dont wanna win, they just wanna maximize profits and be average every year
Its sad anyone ever thought we had a shot at Gordon and Howard.
I even said earlier Mavs letting their free agents walk in order to have cap room to sign Howard and D-Will this summer was dumb cos they didnt have a shot.
You hold onto your free agents with potential. You always do. Thats loyalty. You short change your players, it will come back to hurt.
I dont care about Lowry, Landry, Brook (players Rockets tried to underpay)- Dragic should be their cornerstone.
Dragic should have been number one priority, not freaking Asik

From a basketball perspective, I wonder if he could be as successful running the high screen and roll with Asik as he was with Chandler. Thoughts?

It would appear there will definitely be no Dragic in Rockets red. Here we go with Linsanity...
Although the Knicks still could match (assuming we actually offer). They have plenty of money and wouldn't be afraid to pay the luxury tax.
