With a healthy Kyle Lowry, and Camby in the starting lineup, the team is clicking at just the right time. What an absolutely incredible season. Those out there who haven't been following, are really missing out. With Dragic and Lowry, this is one of the most entertaining teams in the league.

I have to agree there, completely. I don't think anyone predicted how huge an impact Camby would have.I'm really trying to enjoy this team, because I'm really gonna miss them. I'll never forget how frustrated I was with the team and franchise after that terrible loss at Memphis early in the season. I was dreading watching that team for a whole season. McHale has turned it around, and the addition of Camby has been amazing. We've got three guys who can create(Goran, Kyle, Courtney) and two defensive beasts at center. This team is really equipped for a playoff run, and I think those 5 pieces allow them to compete with anyone.

Well, in fairness, it takes those early struggles to get to where you are, learning what works and what doesn't and helping you settle on a lineup. While I didn't think they'd look this potent, that's why I knew early on the Rockets wouldn't nearly be as bad as their schedule made them seem. It's the same thing every year.I'm equally impressed and exited at the moment. I just wish we could have started an 82-game season with the crew(and lessons-learned) we have now. Things would be a lot different in the standings.

This will take some experimenting, but I'm going to try something new. I hate losing conversations from posts getting pushed down off the top of the front page. Since there are a few major themes for discussion (Dragic vs. Lowry, offseason acquisitions, the playoffs), I am going to push all of the discussion for those posts into forum threads. That will keep all of that in one static location for reference. If this doesn't really catch on, I'll re-evaluate. But I think for now, this approach probably makes more sense.

I'm with you. I prefer the playoffs at this point (given that our pick would be #14) and the excitement that comes with it, but I certainly wouldn't be devastated if we didn't make it. Though I do think we are in the minority on that.Is it weird that, as a fan, I wouldn't be all that upset by missing the playoffs and retaining our 1st round pick?

As I was saying way back at the beginning of the season, I would take the playoffs over another late lottery pick every time. The playoffs will always bring excitement, even if we're not highly touted to get very far. But I guess there are multiple points of view .
