Hakeem Unfiltered – Hakeem Olajuwon blogs occasionally at ThePostGame, and he recently shared his thoughts about the coming season. He shared what his role is with the team (“player development specialist”), he said this is the best team in Houston in 15 years (let’s hope so), and he shared his thoughts on Dwight:
And while you may not have heard from Dwight recently, I can assure you after spending several days working with him in Aspen, Colo., that he is in a great place mentally. Dwight knows he made the right choice, and he is comfortable with his teammates and coaches. It’s safe to say he is in the best position of his career.
He also praised Jeremy Lin’s work ethic in Aspen over the summer (hold that thought). The Dream shared some thoughts after the first practice on his YouTube channel:
