@  SadLakerFan : (27 May 2015 - 07:55 AM) Somewhere, JR Smith is thinking "WTF?!" Howard avoids a 2 because Bogut dodged the elbow. The cynic in me says that the NBA is hoping for more viewers for game 5 and perhaps even a game 6.
@  Losthief : (27 May 2015 - 04:40 AM) nba is a business, more games=more money!
@  JY86er : (27 May 2015 - 02:15 AM) interesting how subjectively NBA applies its own rules.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 11:46 PM) NO SUSPENSION! Glad that's over with.
@  SadLakerFan : (26 May 2015 - 08:02 PM) The difference to me is that Horford's elbow was to the shoulder; I don't think Horford should have gotten a flagrant2. Dwight unfortunately hit the face of Bogut. Silver may cut him a break in the hopes of having something to show on TV before the finals start on June 4. Frankly, I don't think the Hawks will win tonight.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:59 PM) I think the fact that Bogut was being a jerk just before is the saving grace.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:58 PM) But then again Randolph was a PUNCH, not backhand slap in immediate reaction to being roughed up.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:56 PM) Best comparison would have to be Zach Randolph from last year... he was not ejected, but was suspended for game 7.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 03:41 PM) They had time to review it. They will be hesitant to upgrade when they took so long in the first place to look at it.
@  JY86er : (26 May 2015 - 08:38 AM) Horford didnt get suspended. Maybe NBA give Howard a break also.
@  SadLakerFan : (26 May 2015 - 05:25 AM) There's no question in my mind Dwight is going to be suspended. You could argue he's facing away, and the hand was open, but based on what we've seen this season, he's gone.
@  Mario Peña : (26 May 2015 - 04:59 AM) It's obvious Harden has taken another step this postseason. The dude is going to be even better next year. Amazing.
@  Willk : (26 May 2015 - 04:13 AM) I have a bad feeling that Howard is going to be suspended. Hope not though
@  SadLakerFan : (26 May 2015 - 03:48 AM) The value of James Harden's rookie card just went up by a dollar.
@  cointurtlemoose : (26 May 2015 - 03:46 AM) James Harden is good at basketball.
@  SadLakerFan : (26 May 2015 - 03:34 AM) Ten point lead three minutes left. McHale can prove himself now.
@  cointurtlemoose : (26 May 2015 - 02:20 AM) Klay Thompson needs to stop what he's doing...
@  jorgeaam : (26 May 2015 - 02:15 AM) What a shame that didn't count
@  jorgeaam : (26 May 2015 - 02:14 AM) Yeah but I'd say that they get much better looks when they're trying harder on offense, rather than just letting Harden go one on one and create something
@  majik19 : (26 May 2015 - 02:06 AM) well great shooting really helps (now we've cooled off).

I certainly hope Harden and co. are showing him all the best parts of Houston this weekend....maybe even do a little house shopping down in Sugarland.

I didn't want Dwight during the offseason, I even preferred to land Bynum (terribly wrong idea), but I've come to accept the idea of landing him. Also, johnnygold has made pretty cool arguments about our offensive approach having this "twin towers" remake. So....let's root for Harden to convince him :D

Absurd JG, everyone knows you don't live in Sugar Land if you plan on driving to the Toyota Center often :P Might as well live in Dallas (i.e., the Woodlands).

D12 could do River Oaks, but that's too old money for him. He's hip and young -- West U is where it's at :P As long as it isn't the Mosaic (silly Lin...)

I live in Montgomery, and I'm at TC for most home games this year. I work just north of the loop, too.

The Royalton at 3333 Allen Pkwy, just outside River Oaks is the place to be. Had a friend that lived there and upon visiting him (this was several years back) I've run into Bobby Sura, and Seth Payne. T-mac and Deke also lived there. Sweet locale, easy to the TC, easy to the Galleria and easy to the clubs. The windows in the units facing downtown are 14' high and 50' long, looking out is pretty sweet, storms rolling in, and traffic copters whirling round..

 that's a good one. I for one would love to see this happen. I believe howard will return to the D-12 monster of old next year. if that happen while with the rockets we could be talking contender talk next year. aquiring howard without having to give away any of our top assets could be considered nothing short of cornering the market. we would be in great shape cap wise, have a budding young contending team and have our stars locked up for 4+ years. that sounds pretty good to me.

Yeah, the beauty of all this is I won't really mind if he decides not to come. I like our team without him and think we will still be able to contend in the near future. Right now it's win-win!!!

true I still like our team without him, but that's the fast track to a championship. that would give us 2 of the top 15 players in the league. we could make some serious noise. also with morey able to keep the pick of the litter and trade away the remaining assets for pieces to fit around hardin and howard........ we would be in the drivers seat.

No joke. If D12 doesn't come, we're still okay, but if he does o.O We would only lose Delfino, Douglas and Aldrich from the current roster. We would keep White, Jones, and DMo, along w/ our starting 5, and Morris, PBev and Anderson. Is it just me or is that not awesome? lol I rarely see a team that is a championship contender AND has a young group of assets they could be developing for a trade/future growth (OKC doesn't count since the reason they were a contender and their young assets were one and the same lol).

Assuming we make the playoffs we won't have a pick in this year's draft (barring a trade). I am ok with that as we have plenty of young talent to develop. Anderson has potential to become our J.R. Smith. D-Mo is on schedule. Who knows where we'll be with Royce???? Greg Smith will probably get a crash course in defense this off-season. If...IF all of this happens we will have a solid roster top to bottom. I know our PG position is in question, but they are both so young....I like the potential of both Lin and Beverley to mature into that position....they don't need to be great...just good.

Also even without our first morey has had succes in the second round and les doesn't mind buying an extra one from other teams.

don't forget t jones....he has been lighting up the d-league. as for as I can see the addition of howard would make d-mo, t jones, m morris, p pat, asik and g smith the players we get to choose from when I say pick of the litter. we can keep the best of them only trading the ones who are unable to fit what we need. my favorite 3 are d-mo, t jones and asik. I would like to keep them. the others would bring a nice package of draft picks or pieces to put around howard and hardin. that is the perfect plan for the rockets (IMO)

Outskirts. Off Keenan Cutoff if you know the area.
