@  RocketMan : (20 April 2015 - 08:58 PM) Pelicans stand a chance tonight?
@  Cooper : (20 April 2015 - 07:58 PM) No matter how good a coach you are you can't magically make baynes and injured Parker as good as Blake an cp3
@  thejohnnygold : (20 April 2015 - 06:53 PM) That comment may have been altered...
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 04:30 PM) What a joy it is to sign in.........
@  Mario Peña : (20 April 2015 - 03:47 PM) You alright there rocketrick, you come across out of sorts or something.
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:21 PM) Haq a whovever it doesn't matter, just haq and hack and haq......yes OK
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:19 PM) pops simply overrated....
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:19 PM) Yes........
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:18 PM) Over Rated......
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:18 PM) Popovich
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:16 PM) Present, Past or Future, whatever,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Poppich is Way Way Way Over Rated in My Opinion.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 03:09 PM) Popovich is Way Over-Rated. Has to do Hack WHoever..........and this is the Coach of the Future???>
@  SadLakerFan : (20 April 2015 - 03:01 PM) Watched a replay of the game - VERY entertaining. Who would have though Jason Terry would be the answer? Great team effort with D12 in foul trouble.
@  rocketrick : (20 April 2015 - 01:59 PM) Popovich is OVERRATED as an NBA Coach in my opinion because he has to resort to hack a Shak, or hack or D12 or hack WHoever.......
@  Mario Peña : (20 April 2015 - 01:53 PM) So here is a little wild speculation. Would Aldridge go to San Antonio and take over the reins for Duncan?
@  jorgeaam : (19 April 2015 - 09:46 PM) It was made for getting Josh Smith out, but I also think he send a message "two can play this game"
@  cointurtlemoose : (19 April 2015 - 07:40 PM) I enjoyed it as a "screw you" sort of move, haha
@  Mario Peña : (19 April 2015 - 07:20 PM) The intentional foul on Rondo was made so McHale could make substitutions.
@  JY86er : (19 April 2015 - 05:34 AM) Was that a hack on Rondo after Dallas hacked Smith and did they pull Rondo after that foul?

I see this as a trap game. I could easily see Kobe going off for 50 and Nash for 30 and 20 and the Lakers turning their season around.

...well, maybe not.

But I do hope the good guys don't take this team lightly.

With McHale as coach I don't think the Rockets players will ever be allowed to take that team in purple and gold very lightly, especially with Kobe the way he is playing this year. The matchup on the wing between Bryant and Harden should be tops.

Rockets aren't good enough to take any team lightly and hopefully they feel that way as well. Would be nice to get a blow out win but wouldn't surprise me if it's closer than we like.

watching the lakers fall flat on their faces is almost as much fun as watching the rockets winning and maturing. who would have guess the rockets record of 21-14 while the lakers struggle at 15-19. if the lakers don't make the playoffs heads will roll no doubt about it. just shows why they play the games, because paper teams don't win titles.

stoked that we won! pissed the F off I still cant watch. pretty G-- D--- annoying. most exciting season in 4-5 years, it not more, and i cant watch. most of us have shared this complaint multiple times and its become tiresome to keep bringing it up.

anyway, early in the season, i complained on this forum about, "where is this run and gun, high scoring offense we've been hearing about?" but i obviously spoke too soon on that. i guess i should have given them time considering the roster moves and youth. glad to see things coming together sooner than expected!

Last night's game is making me begin to rescind my criticism of PPat's rebounding skills. He was grabbing tough boards like a man possessed last night and that's very refreshing. I know he only grabbed 4 of them, but each one took good positioning and effort, they didn't just fall into his lap. I hope he keeps the effort up. I think he may be one of those guys who thrives coming off the bench, always trying to prove he deserves to be a starter. Make him a starter though and the drive seems it can disappear.

Morris looked absolutely terrible last night. He couldn't rebound, he wasn't rotating on the pick and roll, and he kept leaving Artest open for threes. It was painful to watch early on.
