@  thenit : (28 May 2015 - 03:47 AM) Hard to fault harden, only 3 games that were close was when he went god mode. the team needed Dmo to be a second go to go to slow the pace and create his own shot. Also misses his D since Jones can't defend anyone who is good
@  cointurtlemoose : (28 May 2015 - 03:38 AM) Cmon Howard, no reason for that dude.
@  Cooper : (28 May 2015 - 03:34 AM) if harden had even a mediocre game up to this point we'd be right in it. defense is there and howard is doing enough on the boards
@  jorgeaam : (28 May 2015 - 03:26 AM) Harrison Barnes going Austin Rivers on us
@  jorgeaam : (28 May 2015 - 03:23 AM) So Howard is out for next game if we win this one, yikes
@  cointurtlemoose : (28 May 2015 - 03:21 AM) Welp... Can I at least be happy for Harrison Barnes?
@  pharmag : (28 May 2015 - 03:14 AM) Harden may be having worst game of career and yet I would argue we are losing thanks to no show by the PF position again and their combined 3/17 and 4 rebounds...
@  08huangj : (28 May 2015 - 03:09 AM) Losing by 2 points and hacks Ezeli
@  08huangj : (28 May 2015 - 03:09 AM) McHail hacking at wrong time again
@  jorgeaam : (28 May 2015 - 03:06 AM) So Harden is having the worst game of his career tonight of all nights
@  cointurtlemoose : (28 May 2015 - 02:40 AM) Offensive rebounds and turnovers are killing us...
@  majik19 : (27 May 2015 - 03:02 PM) JR Smith is too busy dancing in a cold tub with the other Cavalier players...
@  SadLakerFan : (27 May 2015 - 07:55 AM) Somewhere, JR Smith is thinking "WTF?!" Howard avoids a 2 because Bogut dodged the elbow. The cynic in me says that the NBA is hoping for more viewers for game 5 and perhaps even a game 6.
@  Losthief : (27 May 2015 - 04:40 AM) nba is a business, more games=more money!
@  JY86er : (27 May 2015 - 02:15 AM) interesting how subjectively NBA applies its own rules.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 11:46 PM) NO SUSPENSION! Glad that's over with.
@  SadLakerFan : (26 May 2015 - 08:02 PM) The difference to me is that Horford's elbow was to the shoulder; I don't think Horford should have gotten a flagrant2. Dwight unfortunately hit the face of Bogut. Silver may cut him a break in the hopes of having something to show on TV before the finals start on June 4. Frankly, I don't think the Hawks will win tonight.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:59 PM) I think the fact that Bogut was being a jerk just before is the saving grace.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:58 PM) But then again Randolph was a PUNCH, not backhand slap in immediate reaction to being roughed up.
@  RocketMan : (26 May 2015 - 04:56 PM) Best comparison would have to be Zach Randolph from last year... he was not ejected, but was suspended for game 7.

The Rockets are currently 2nd in the NBA in points scored per game....

All of those statistics are skewed by the fact that the Rockets play at the fastest pace in the league. When you normalize for that, the Rockets are 9th in the league in offensive efficiency and 21st in defensive efficiency. 4th in the league in defensive rebounding rate (% of available defensive rebounds gathered), but otherwise our numbers are middle of the pack in most categories.

That's good but the half court offense still needs some polish (should get better as season goes on) and defense is a real problem.
