Reporters like to ask how things are, perhaps because they hope that's how they might actually be. Jeremy Lin is a tough guy who will improve his shots throughout the seasons. He has played decent in first ten games. He has kept his turnover rate down, rebounding, assists and stealings all got higher than last season. This Season is still young. I think durability, and longevity is best mantra for every player. The team and fans are very happy that Rockets pull through this game.

Omer Asik has brilliant stats right now that he has no previous NBA stats he could provide for comparison. JLin had breaking historical NBA stats in that run in NYC that shocked around the world. Every player will always be in different situation in different team and time. There is ups and downs in life. Humanity! Humanity!

Lin mentioned in an interview that he hated the attention during Linsanity and felt the need to shut out the rest of the world, even cutting off communication with close friends. That sounds like a guy who isn't mentally tough. Now things are heading in the opposite direction and I hope he doesn't react the same way.
