@  Cooper : (30 March 2015 - 07:38 PM) Yeah mchale and crew will have to get creative on D thats a glaring mismatch
@  YaoMan : (30 March 2015 - 07:07 PM) Maybe the approach will be similar to yesterday afternoon by have N Johnson (maybe KJ) on the opposing PG. And sometimes even Ariza as he has done in the past. Will depend on the rest of the match ups for the rest of the line-up.
@  majik19 : (30 March 2015 - 06:41 PM) I would be more upset if it was the Beverly from last year we were missing... but Bev just hasn't been great this year. Scary to imagine two 35+ PGs chasing Curry, Conley, Lillard, Monta, Westbrook, and Paul around though...
@  cointurtlemoose : (30 March 2015 - 06:19 PM) Moreso bummed about losing his hype/emotion/agitation than anything else. We'll be fine on offense, and though his D will be slightly missed, Johnson encouraged me yesterday in that regard
@  Mario Peña : (30 March 2015 - 06:12 PM) Beverley is opting for surgery on the ligament so will be out for the season including the playoffs per Jonathan Fagen if The Chronicle.
@  Mario Peña : (30 March 2015 - 02:36 AM) I don't think that will happen till the last game or so. McHale, Finch and JB have done a good job this year and I trust them.
@  jorgeaam : (30 March 2015 - 01:33 AM) I'm still excited about the fact that D-MO and T-Jones are still missing and the rockets keep winning
@  jorgeaam : (30 March 2015 - 01:18 AM) Time to get Harden some rest
@  Mario Peña : (30 March 2015 - 01:15 AM) Rockets move into 2nd in the Western Conference with today's win and the Grizzlies loss in San Antonio!!!
@  jorgeaam : (29 March 2015 - 06:48 PM) Ask a wish!
@  cointurtlemoose : (29 March 2015 - 05:04 PM) A 2nd quarter Nick Johnson sighting!!!
@  cointurtlemoose : (29 March 2015 - 05:00 PM) Good thing the Wizards look more asleep than we do. Hehe. But our D has been pesky so far too
@  majik19 : (29 March 2015 - 04:43 PM) rockets super sloppy to start today. they're barely even getting shots up.
@  cointurtlemoose : (28 March 2015 - 05:23 PM) Yeah that Toronto game we are gonna be thin in the frontcourt... luckily the Raptors wouldn't give us problems like some teams would in that regard
@  08huangj : (28 March 2015 - 01:23 PM) With Dwight Howard out for one of the back to backs, the Rockets are gonna have to start Dorsey with Capela as a backup unless they go small with Josh Smith.
@  08huangj : (28 March 2015 - 01:22 PM) Did somebody else get hurt tonight? The Rockets have now lost 3 starters in 4 games.(Not counting last night.)
@  jorgeaam : (28 March 2015 - 04:53 AM) Wow, Josh Smith nearly had a triple double tonight
@  Losthief : (27 March 2015 - 11:24 PM) DMO down now too....Capela with the team.
@  Mario Peña : (27 March 2015 - 08:51 PM) Unfortunately for Durant he is out for 4-6 months and will undergo a bone graft surgery. Tough break for him and hopefully he comes back 100% next year which could potentially be his last year in OKC.
@  Losthief : (27 March 2015 - 02:21 AM) I like Llull, first i heard about him actually willing to leave spain...had almost given up on the guy.

I thought this was hilarious, via Bill Simmons:

his Week 10 picks column is dedicated to the immortal Mike Brown, the only person who ever figured out a way to stop LeBron James and someone on whom I was counting to screw up the 2012-13 Lakers season. If you noticed, I rarely if ever made Mike Brown jokes in columns or podcasts or even on TV — I was hoping he'd hang around for years and years and years, almost like the coaching version of an STD. Mike Brown was the kind of guy who shrugged off halftime adjustments and thought it would be smart to have Steve Nash run the Princeton offense — which is something you run when you have future lawyers and doctors running your team, not someone who's one of the smartest offensive point guards of all time. The Mike Brown era was like planting my own personal mole into every Lakers season. As an avowed Laker hater, this is a tough day. I'm not gonna lie.
R.I.P., the Mike Brown Lakers era. May we reach those same beautiful heights again someday soon.
