@  slick shoes : (28 April 2017 - 04:53 PM) Wow, Larry Bird steps down as president of the Pacers. What a dumpster fire that organization is.
@  thejohnnygold : (27 April 2017 - 08:50 PM) I think Steph Curry and Kevin Durant would both say, "yes". That is largely how they got their MVP's
@  rocketrick : (27 April 2017 - 02:48 PM) So should MVP consideration also be based on Efficiency and not just DD's and TD's?
@  rocketrick : (27 April 2017 - 02:47 PM) Looking Forward to Round 2, Western Conf Semi-Finals, Most Likely vs. Spurs.

@  slick shoes : (14 March 2017 - 02:48 PM) As much fun as it is to watch the Warriors lose, I'm gonna need them to go ahead and take 1st place again so that we can potentially avoid them until the WCF.

Whoever plays with Denver has their work cut out for them. It's not going to be your typical 4-0/4-1 for the #1 seed I think. It's boing to be a really intriguing matchup.

I know!  It took them a while, but they have made huge strides.  I think they have the personnel to give GS a run for their money.  Chandler, Murray, Harris, Barton, and Nelson can shoot and defend the outside.  Meanwhile, Jokic, Plumlee, and Fareid can punish them inside.  If I were Kerr, I'd try very hard for the #2 seed.  Added bonus of that is you avoid the winner of the Clippers/Jazz match-up...which I also think is going to be very good.

Given the option of Memphis/OKC in round 1 and (presumably) Houston in round 2 or Denver and then LAC/Utah I think I would take the former.  Am I crazy?

I'd still pick Portland to steal 8th from Denver and either way GS/Spurs would beat either in 5 tops.
